ThorbiQ is the owner of a software platform enabling the import of Manufacturer products into certain third party software based upon Data Sheets and Dimension Sheets, and resulting in deliverable Objects, as requested by the Manufacturer, respectively by the Customer, via the Website (the “Platform”).

Comments and Contact Forms
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

(BIM) Suites/Portals from our customers
We may collect several types of Personal Data from the Users of our Website, Platform and the BIM Suite/Portal of our customers, and store it on our servers such as:
- Contact information (g. your name, postal address, e-mail address);
- The profile data provided by you on your Account (g. profile picture, professional skills, date of birth, gender, education degree, devices used, languages and password);
- Information in helpdesk support inquiries;
- Web behavior information such as information related to how the Users use the Website (g. browser type, domains, page views) collected through cookies and other automated technology (‘Cookies’).
WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We shall solely store your Personal Data on our servers located in the European Economic Area, and we shall in no event transfer any of your Personal Data to countries outside the European Economic Area. However, as Third Parties, including the Manufacturers, make use of the Platform and Website, and may process any Personal Data provided by you on the Platform and/or the BIM Portal, such Third Parties’ privacy policy may be applicable and may stipulate the transfer of your Personal Data to countries outside the European Economic Area. You shall be notified if and when such Third Party privacy policies are applicable. By accessing such Third Party service, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and you acknowledge that you are the sole party to such terms. ThorbiQ cannot be held liable in any way with regard to the content of such Third Parties’ privacy policy, nor for the compliance thereof.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
In case of an account on one or more (BIM) Suites/Portals from our customers, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data by ThorbiQ at any time. You can do this by deleting your account through your account settings.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
