ThorbiQ has a clear mission: Enabling Digital Construction between all construction actors.
We help manufacturers and service providers in the industry to offer adequate, necessary services to all construction actors.
To these actors, we offer a central place of (BIM) data, content, applications and services.
We’re proud to be presenting our vision at this upcoming event. We’re looking forward to get your valuabe feedback on how ThorbiQ can bridge the gap between construction actors and manufacturers.
ThorbiQ’s technology platform is innovative and supports a digital ecosystem that guides the construction industry on the road to Construction 4.0.
Digital construction, involving the creation and maintenance of a digital twin of a building, enables us as industry to better collaborate and to increase the overall efficiency of the building process.
However, the road ahead is still long and technology & collaboration are key to allow us as the construction industry us to respond to the economic and ecological challenges of today.
The current problem in the construction industry
Over the past years, we’ve had many interesting conversations with different actors in the construction industry. We noticed that the gap between manufacturers and users is still too big. This is a major problem, preventing the industry to focus on what it should be focusing on: how can we design and engineer the most human centric, durable and budget friendly buildings possible.
Nowadays, architects, engineers, installers, facility managers, … are very often faced with the same problems:
